Free Tier

Every account starts on the Free tier with no credit card required. You can use Sigil at no cost within the free tier limits.

Monthly Subscriptions

If you're not satisfied with Sigil, you can request a full refund within 14 days of any charge. No questions asked.

How to Request a Refund

Email lucas.fatas@gmail.com with your account email and we'll process the refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Paddle.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing page. When you cancel:

• You keep access until the end of your current billing period
• No further charges are made
• Your context definitions are retained for 30 days in case you resubscribe
• After 30 days, all data is permanently deleted
