Sigil ("the Service") is a semantic context layer that stores business definitions so AI agents can query data from connected tools accurately. The Service provides context storage, semantic retrieval, and tools for defining business meaning (metrics, aliases, exclusions). Sigil does not connect to or access your CRM directly.
You must provide a valid email address to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. One organization per account. You must be authorized by your organization to manage context definitions.
You retain ownership of all context definitions and business rules stored in the Service. Sigil does not claim ownership of your content. Upon account deletion, all your data is permanently removed.
You agree not to:
The Service is provided "as is." We aim for high availability but do not guarantee specific uptime percentages.
